  Management never around, but some of the staff needs to be more customer friendly. Hear the staff all the time complaining about other staff.

  While it was clean in the store and bathroom, when I went in a fellow was passing on his complaint about some service ... and the woman was dealing with it right at the counter where we place orders.

  This place really sucks. You can't complain about service as there is none. You stand in line for 1/2 hour and sometimes more just to be told they are out of stuff and will take up to a half hour before it is ready. They have people who sit thete taking up space for hours and only drinking 1 cup of coffee.

  I was 4th in line and the ones in front of me were ordering just coffee drinks. ... by the time they had repeated their simple orders over 4 times because the young server disnt understand them, I was loosing my patience. I ended walking out after a long wait ... simple waiting for her to get drink orders correct.

  Love coming to this Tim Horton's location. I never know what type of sandwich won't be available when there isn't any bread left or if my sandwich will be made properly. I leave with a smile with my favorite sour cream glazed doubt. After seeing new staff, might be hope of more stars, but not always is it the fault of the team, but those who lead the team. Lots to take into consideration for a big chain, can be a challenging balancing act managing your people and business. Good luck, as the community needs you.
